i'm proud of my self... first day of new year went for combat and today i went for Leo killer pump. HE DID THE X'MAS BICEP TRACK!!!!!! i hate that track .. but anyway .. i survive the pump class.. and did half of his combat class.. he did all the old school tracks way back to BC 14 ... Wild Boyz as warm up ... the last time i did that track was 2 years ago in FF Axis. damn i miss those days where i play old releases.... kinda slow but yet fun and loving music :).

This week is all about gym gym and more gym, since i'm on leave must as well use this time to get back in shape with all the festive meals :)

well world peace means not econ crisis and everything back to normal.. happily ever after. can go back buying my desiger/branded products..... Prada LV or Hermes :)

Ben Tang my beloved big sis told me to quit smoking ... the other day .. not sure if i can do it sis, but i will try my best...

2008 marked the 2nd year me living in singapore... not sure how long more i will stay here... no one knows what will happen.. but i know.. one day i will moved back to KL ... so HRH Nut... watch out.. the HRH Slut will be back :) hur hur

After so much of failure R/S in Singpore, moved to a new category business in my office, been traveling across the sea for so many times, wooking from 9 to 5 .. wait.. 8 to 9 on weeksday, burnt most of my weekend away due to work i'm finaly back here writing and updating my blog.

this is me now...

nothing but work... i don't have a work life balance in Singapore... workaholic.. :) nah,, but just too bz with works till i can realy anjoy my life. seriously.. i do miss clubbing ... the only time i club was back in KL where i meet up with my Nutty Nut and few others close buddies thats all ..well yeah i did went out Party in Portland :) but beside that life in singapore is very quite for me... sigh. can't wait to go back next month to see all my buddies again don't forget my beloved LLL will be back and she will make stop by in SG around end NOv .. yeahhhhh

was wathing these 4 girls for the 15 times today :)

i'm like Miranda ...... not the Miranda from TDWP but from SATC. work .. work work... even go for holiday have to ask it there are wireless in the resort @ mexico hahhaha

yeah... i can see i'm more her now compare to Smantha :) well that me now... more a career person then before.

i'm looking forward to see her next month :) yeahhh finally aftyer waited for 7 years :)

Kylie X concert in Singapore indoor stadium on Nov 25 ..:) most of my friends will be going as well.

well is almost 5am now.. i better get some rest. well i slept earlier from 6pm to 2.30am ... so i deserve a break right :) i promise willl write more :)

1. the new release of LM
2. all my KL and SG friends and sisters
3. the next workshop in KL (again)
4. noone to celebrate my birthday agian this year.. will be alone in HK
5. and i will miss A alot .....

3 months in HK ... how's my life going to be ???? good, bad or worst? i can't tell... no one can tell ... i just haev to wait and see...

since Dec 07 till now no posting from me .... this is due to

1. work .... is bad.... really bad no time to update blog

2. traveling around SEA (Southeast Asia) market visit, retial visit and HK for meeting.

3. busy moving to a new place... need to get lots of thing done... finally my in my new palce.

so let's see....

Dec 07
moved to a new place still in Bedok .. but nowbetter place... nice landlord and room .. spend about 800SGD in my room only..
also in Dec was my first time celebrate X/mas and new year over here in SG ... went to Taboo for X'mas and new year party... then things started to be good for me...
i don't really believe is this but i follow my friend to this kuan yin temple and i make 2 wishes.. on 31st Dec

went to taboo with my 2 clubbing kaki ... guess what they left me around 1 plus to be alone there..but that's where i met my current partner :) guess my first wish came true :)
and we started since then... we even went for our first trip to BKK had lots of fun times together, went to the four faces buddha, met up with all his bkk friends and ofcourse eat eat and eat.

spend about 1000SGD in BKK ... well not just for shopping...plus air tickets and also hotel lah...
crazy ar.. spend like that came back from Bkk on sat then on Sun i haev to fly off to Manila for business trip ... wah lioa.... ppl said i high flyer ... can fly here and there,, but the truth is... very tiring one... went to see a Bball game well.. i'm taking care of Men's Training and Basketball business in SEA mah.. .. continue in Feb

went back to KL for CNY .. have too lah .... once a year if not dad going to kill me... hahahha
met up with Eric, Bunny, and few of my close friends... was nice... hehhehe
went to cut my hair in peek- ka boo and one of my friend said.... you so cheapo lah... cut hair in KL ... well the reason was... in SG i can't find a stylist that i like... that's why ... hahah
need to find one soon.. came back to SG .... sigh.. have to prepare for sales meeting... arghhhhhhh so stress ... well... its over now.. but the worst part yet to come... i got an email form HK that APHQ needs me to cover someone while she go and give birth lah.. 3 months assigment to HK .. i was happy.. at first... but kinda sad cos my relationship just started and now i have to go for 3 months.. but we worked things out for the time being...
not sure what's his reaction if i tell him after 3 months they might extend to 2 years... finger cross.... well... that's life from dec till now... hahhaa ohhhh one more thing... i have to promote this new movie coming is call the leap years. really nice touching movie...
nice cast... joan chen ... great storyline and music... i really loved this music..

Taking my Global Athletic Training team for a retails and market visit for the past few days and tonight (saturday night) my global training team wanted to go to the "infamous" gay party club.. do you know which one???? yes you are absolutely right is DJ station.. i have no idea why they wanted to go there.. they are all Bamboo (you know what i mean) and the girls are all excited about it, but i'm not.. gosh... guess tonight i have to use make up in DJ station.

ok ... well .... slow for part 2 what to do even movies also takes a year or 2 what!!!

day 2 is all about team building activities... gosh .. how boring.. too boring till i forgot to take pictures.. hehehe but day 3 was fun... bev, freddy, frank and me went to Patong beach to take a walk since is the last day in the island :)

walk around the beach and shop around... sad.. nothing to buy in patong beach cos all shops selling red bull tees or chang's beers tee.. :)

but the best part is this picture of bev, freddy and me :) ... nice picture :) i like very much ... so beautiful beach :)

beside the beach we found this cafe called papaya :) funny name... maybe only papaya can enter.. few block down we saw banana club ... gues again only banana can go in :P

and Nut... this one is for you .. Starbucks coffee in Phuket.. :)

next month going to Vietnam for meeting and holiday :)

Phuket part one

welcome to Phuket ... the journey took about 1.45 min to reach there... 45% of the passengers are from Nike so can consider as Nike Air.. when we reach Phuket there was a very long ques at the immigration wah lioa.. have to wait for so F^%king long... collected our bags, boarded the bus which will take us to the hotel.

Journey to the hotel takes about 30 min from the airport ... as usual lah .. nothing to do taking pictures to kill times.... (So Bunny). reach hotel... checked into the room... and yeahhhh shopping time... so we took the feeder bus to this place

Yes.. Central Festival Mall .... shopping... yeahhh... this mall is very big... trust me ppl really shop here.. nothing much for me to shop here cos all the brands i can find in SG so i ended up in Boots ... yeah... got myself toni and guys shampoo, hair gels, lemongrass + lemon and blueberries + lavender bodywash, FCUK shampoo, FCUK deo stick ..... hahahaha total damage was about 80 SG dollar.. :) is worth it cos it cost more if i buy the toni and guy products in SG.

as usual lah ... company will feed us till we get fat.... eat eat eat and drink drink drink all night long .... then to call it a night Bevei, Vicky and me decided to get our self starbucks coffee ... yummy.... soy latte with caramel yummy ..

gosh .. putting up cheap advertisement here.. since we can't find any fit model for our sales meeting this coming monday .. gosh .. so hard to find models with nice height, and looks...

up to date i only got 2 guy model for the sales meeting.. and i need 2 more... arghhhhhhh anyone pls pls come up to me and tell me you are the one. heheheh drama... and panic.. why panic cos factory counld't get the Nike Pro samples out on time.. and i have no sample to show my sales team .. and THIS SEASON NIKE PRO IS THE LEAD >>>>>> no sample no sales...no sales.. no target.. no target no bonus.. no bonus.. no money .. no money no happening lifestyle .. hahhaha

3RD Les Mills Workshop in KL

This was my first workshop for this year hor... sorry Big Sister too bz with work over here .. promise i will make it for the 4th workshop as well :)

was a great workshop as we see new faces this time round ... and great ENERGY from the fellow Instructors..

beside the presenters, i seen lots of new instructors this time round..good... keep it up we need more of you ...

beside going this, i managed to catch up with Eric and few others Instructors - jalan jalan cari makan, members - drinks .. yes STARBUCKS :)

6 months i never step into FF Maxis and wow... i tell you ... the studio now with a sound proof wall .... nice...

and FF Curve still looks great with the new PT area and was nice to see all the members in FF :)

and also thansk to Swee who did the payment for me if not i won't be back for the workshop. luv ya babe...

hope to see you all next workshop again.

Ben and Renee, Great job ... great energy.. my butt hurting after all the E-kicks ... sigh... see you all next round .

so you think you a superstar instructor!

can superstar injured ppl and get away from it? can the super star act like he's god and ignore the 5 key element of being an instructor.

don't believe this but it's really happen back in KL when one Superstar injured another trainee combat instructor on stage in the curve... gosh i can tell you .. and all he can said not HIS FAULT... what the F*CK !! . As a senior instructor, we are supposed to be a role model on stage to members and even the new trainees, that's what we are trained for. as far as i know he didn't even send her to hospital and she out of action for about 2 weeks with ankle injury. that's is really bad of this superstar instructor. i swear to god if i'm Kylie i will drop his licence from teaching cos showing a bad example to all.

lucky i'm not in KL if not that's it lah the instructor will get it from me. guess we have to revisit back to the training manual on SAFETY when teach or TT with other instructor.

I just hope that she's ok now and back in action.

i know that great singapore sales over .. but some of the retailers are still offering great discout in singapore. some over extend the sales till end of this month (yesterday). found a few good bargain ... got myself a pair of limited edition converse shoe for only 119.90 SGD good bargain. beside that i even got myself this album

really good ablum cos it comes with 13 remixes ... of their songs. can't stop listening to garbage. i'm now currently listening to 2 album .... this one and also pink .. i'm not dead and also Mika's "love today" :) at first don't really like it but well kinda cool loh the song. give me one more week then have to focus in combat and pump music again.. sigh ..

can't wait to come back to see all my buddies ... :)

Meaningful Weekend

This weekend was very meaningful to me.. my second week into this new relationship, seeing Lynn and Kyle the newly wedded couple, sasa and don't forget my date. I was very happy to see cha bo getting married and kyle being nice to all.. (Kyle pls take care of her k ..she's still a baby ok.) was sad to see her go on friday night/sat morning, but will see her again soon in sin or Sydney. Babe i miss you here.....
Secondly i finally went to Mount Faber and i now know that sin has a hill top where we can see the whole Singapore island... WOW amazing... thanks dear for taking me there and showing me around Singapore. i even went to the end of Singapore which is called Punggol. Nothing Much there beside greens and seaside and greens again.
Is was a nice weekend spending time with my dear, gym together shopping together and had a hear to heart talk about us and how to sustain this relationship, both of us are trying our best .
Will be back to KL on 9 to 12 aug and hopefully dear will able to follow me back.
That's my weekend ... hope you guys had a wonderful weekend ...

after 5 month so comfortable with my category Men's Training and Nike Pro business, i'm getting a new category into my account which is Basketball. Well i i should be happy that my boss trust me since i'm still new to the business unit but in the same time i'm sad cos basketball and me.. no way we don't get along.. well the last time i played that stupid game was in secondary school hor.
All this are not important the most important is that i get pay increase since taking care of 3 most important growing business in SEA. God... pls let me have pay in cease this time hor .. will do anything for this it.. i promise.. well not everything lah .. :)

Sentosa Island finally

Nite out in Cafe Del mar, Sentosa Island

after more then 5 months to S'pore this is my first trip to Sentosa Island, not for sun tan but cafe del mar yes very famous casual dress code bar under the sun or the moon. opens 24 hours during weekend yes...... drink all day and nite long.. hehehe .. was there with one of my friend. was nice to enjoy the drinks on the beach with beach chair and nice cool breeze sigh .. so nice to be there ... i'm going there again .. yes with the same person again cos i said i love that place.. they even have a swimming pool rite in the middle of the cafe.. so you can enjoy your swimming in the same time your drinks.

Is a really good chill out place but provided you driving if not, not recommended! cos very the far away is like land of far far away in shrek.

yes that is a bed .. you can pick the bed style or the sun chair if you keen to sit outside and enjoy the moon and stars or worst .. sleep there :)

wish me luck .... met someone really nice in S'pore... hope i can work something out this time. Eric Zack Lynn Swee and everyone pls pray for me ya

GSS - Great Singapore Sales pt.2

sigh ... i spend another $200 dollar in Pull and Bear and $55 dollar in Playhound. all in just 1 hour. That's it la no more shopping for me the next few months. i swear to god everytime i walked into Pull and Bear i will find something to buy in there (is like Eric with Ikea). I went to River Island i don't find anything that is my style even top man and zara.

if i stay any longer in Vivocity i will ended up buying the LG Prada Phone which cost $1250 dollar. i know i don't need a phone but the phone is darn cool and is a touch screen like Iphone. okok..... conclusion .. i'm a shoppaholic ... will just buy buy buy ... and ended up never used it at all..

will GSS will end on 22 July so if you guys want to buy anything better get it now... oh! i remember the reason i went for shopping today is cos TOMORROW GST increase to 7% .. see .. i do know how to save as well .. :) save 2% :) oh... and i skipped gym today just to go shopping :)

today i spend almost SG$400 in 30 min .... yeah ..... but ONLY in one shop which is above. my next FAV brand Pull and Bear from Spain.. (yes same birth place for Zara and Massimo Dutti) beside Zara, A&F (which i can't find it here in SIN .. pls bring this brand into SIN .. wink wink), AE (American Eagle), Gap and Topman. i have to say that this is a very nice brand over all ... nice cut and fit for all their products. have to check out their jeans collection very NICE... and also the prices are not expensive at all.
Eric... i'm going to bring you to this shop next week.. hhehehehehe

sigh .. not a good sign if i stay near to town... my whole month salary can just go like in 3 hours. GSS pls go away.............

bad day sigh....

Sigh ... i'm not being cucuk from the back k..... but having a bad day. once i open my outlook this morning and saw this email regarding a sponsorhip for this guy from Philippines and need it by sept for retail. So have to ask US for the final design, check with Phils team the qty they want to order for retails, checking with other business unit on they status of products for that guy, that's not enough still i need to submit to factory the amout of t-shirt that we need to do printing. I was like.. how the i know how many cos they have not revert back to me on the qty. So i did a blind forecast and i hope they can sell off all the tee's if not i'm doomed. With that i had wasted the whole morning. then come lunch went out with my marketing exec and she asked me to go Taboo on sat night which is tomorrow for a party. Guess going out and chill would be good, so i agree... but then she said other colleagues going there also .. i want like WHAT THE F%&K sat night will be confession time for me. sad...

Then after after lunch, my AP boss send me an email informing me that there would be additional color way for nike Pro in SU'08 and see if i'm keen to adopt but i'm already over my so last min how to adopt the line almost confirm lioa... sigh ... so have to sit down and look at the style which one have to cut and reply by that ... ( i got a specific numbers to hit you know).

then come the whost email ever... it was from Thailand office. one of the sales person sent an email to my boss and she asked me to follow up so i did... when i saw the mail i don't understand what she trying to said, then i ask one of my colleague to read see if she understand or not.. ended up both of us blur like sotong. so i email back and ask her to call me but no call from her.. by 5.30 so i went off to sports council opp my office. workout..what you think i'm doing.. :P

have to pay 2.50 per entry. not bad the gym ... Malaysia should have such public gym not everyone afford to join gym you know. wink wink ..

went to changed then walk out to the counter to register.. but believe it or not, we have to bring a small towel in the gym if not have to buy one at $1 and being me the first time there i was force to buy one if not i'm not allow in the gym ... what the HELL ... payed for it in the end sigh.. lots of ppl there and all nice nice body ... me also shy already

Finish about 7.30 then went back to office to pack up and still no reply from BKK so i guess i just go off to Tampines Mall GNC to get my protein powder and shaker :) spend S100 on that. (spend money = bad day). reach home and sitting down looking at the TV knowing nothing great is on ... but still watch until so bored i wrote this blog now. hehehehe what a day for me man. i hope you had a better day then me.. and have a good weekend

my colleagues and i was so happy to hear that burger king is offering transformer toys so we went to haev lunch and get our toy but when we saw the toys it was like OMG ... cheap production as if they don't have budget to get a better factory. see for yourself.

when they did the spiderman toys was great and cute i think they spend all the money in spiderman lah .. that's why this is the result.

tomorrow going to have McD cos they are selling Shrek 3 toys ... wonder how they look like.. mmmmmmmmmm

today i received a very shocking news from one of my friend. he asked me when was your list blood test? i said 4 months ago. i tell you have to do your blood test every 6 months. anyway .. back to the story, he told me that he's HIV+. this all because of unprotected sex. I was really shock when i heard this news today and i hope you all will pray for my friend back in KL.

Guys i really encourage all of you to use the little rubber friend out there who is cheap and not expensive don't because you want to safe money and ended up this way k.
